• Chad got his start racing and training with the guys at Harper's Cycing and Fitness in Muscatine.
• When not cycling, Chad can be seen on the TV access airwaves, entertaining local audiences with his awkward sense of humor.

• Paul has been racing continuously since 1988;and including all the little races around Iowa (especially time-trials).
• Paul has over 100 wins. Not counting time trials that number drops significantly to something pretty close to 0.
• He raced his first Old Capitol Criterum as a junior in 1987; wearing a black leather hair-net, neon pink jersey and lime green shorts. He lasted 4 laps.
• Paul took 2nd in the Mason City Band Day Criterium as a newly ordained cat 4 in 1987 behind none other than the infamous Kim West who won with fenders on his bike. Paul won a t-shirt.
• Paul has raced in 24 states and have the other 24 lower states are on his bucket list.
• The 2008 Leadville Trail 100 was his most memorable day on a bike. Ironically, he cannot remember very much of it.

• Louis began to race competively as a triathlete in the fall of 2006 and competeted from 2007 to 2010.
• After qualifying for and competing in the 2010 Ironman Hawaii World Championships, he turned his focus to cycling in 2011.
• Louis started road racing in 2011 as a way to train for the Leadville 100 MTB race and was hooked.
• His family attends many of his racing events which include his wife, son Henry, and daughter Irene.
• Stage racing is his favorite way race the road, but Louis loves criterium racing and considers it his best discipline.

• Luke is relatively new to the road racing world, having a background in BMX.
• He claims that he can sprint faster than Mark Cavendish, which is yet to be tested, but seems quite possible.
• His favorite discipline is criteriums, where he enjoys success during sprint finishes.
• When the road season ends, Luke can be seen out in the mud racing cyclo-cross.

• TJ participated in many sports growing up, and in High School won 11 Varsity Athletic Letters.
• He was a four time Iowa High School State Cross Country Qualifier with a 16:16 PR for 5k.
• In January of 2003 he decided he wanted to discover his potential in triathlon and devised a short training program.
• TJ further extended his 2003 racing season by placing second in his age group at the 2003 World's Qualifier. He accepted his spot to race in New Zealand for Team USA.
• At the World Championships TJ had a breakthrough race placing 3rd in the 20-24 age group and 13th overall, turning in the 4th fastest bike split of the race.
• TJ was invited to attend the Short Term Program with the National Select Team and spent most of 2005 living at the Olympic Training Centers.
